Game summary
In one of the most thrilling games of the season, the A's lost to the Dade Diamondbacks 9-8 this Sunday to fall to 7-2 on the season.  The game was action packed from start to finish.
The A's took an early 1-0 lead when Pee Wee Rodriguez (who also tripled later in the game) doubled in Eric Perez in the 1st.  The D'backs quickly answered in the 2nd to tie the game.  Alvaro Gomez then made it a 2-1 game with bomb to RF.  The D'backs answered with a 7 spot in the 3rd.  The inning was led by 7 D'back hits, 2 A's errors and a misplayed ball.  The inning would prove to be decisive.
The A's chipped back into the game and 6th and 7th scoring 5 runs highlighted by Gomez' 2nd HR of the game.  This one being an absolute bomb into RF racquetball courts.  Willy Mizrahi had a key double in the rally and Albert Jardines and Jose Martinez added hits.
The game would be 9-8 going into the 9th when the A's loaded the bases on walks with 2 outs.  Then a D'backs passed ball led Gomez to run to home.  On a bang-bang play, the D'backs got the call and won 9-8 in a trilling ending.
All in all, it was a great game on both sides.  Kudos to the D'backs started Hans who 7+ innings and was dominant striking out 10+.  Props to the Dbacks sticks as well who banged out 10 hits.  The A's will look forward to the rematch in the playoffs!

Game summary
The Hurricanes club baseball team defeated the Kendall City Royals 6-4 thanks to strong pitching and some timely hitting.
Dan Briggi tossed six innings, struck out eight, and allowed just six hits. Jordan Reid came on in relief and earned the win by striking out four over three innings. In all, 12 Royals had to "sientate" thanks to Canes pitching.
But it was the timely hitting that ultimately won the game for the Canes. Jalen Eutsey broke a 3-3 tie in the 7th inning by smashing an opposite field homer. Miami took advantage of some shoddy fielding by the Royals to tack on subsequent insurance runs.
